BCD is pleased to announce that 15 Upper School students were awarded certificates and medals for their high scores on the 2015 National Latin Exam. The NLE exam is sponsored both by the American Classical League and the National Junior Classical League. More than 153,000 students from 50 states and 20 foreign countries took the test in February.
For the Latin I National Exam, the following awards were earned:
Gold Summa Cum Laude: Alex C
Silver Maxima Cum Laude: Ria K
Magna Cum Laude: Fiona F, Wilder H, and Dorree N
Cum Laude: Diba D, Samantha E, Zach G, and Hayley S
For the Latin II National Exam, the following awards were earned:
Gold Summa Cum Laude: Sam F, Finn M, and Henry T
For the Latin III National Exam, the following awards were earned:
Gold Summa Cum Laude: Alex L
Silver Maxima Cum Laude: Evan S
Magna Cum Laude: Julian L
