The middle school community turned out in force to support the 4th and 5th grade lacrosse team yesterday.  Our team didn’t win, but the first game was played well, and we all enjoyed Jackson’s efforts as “The Penguin.”  We’re so pleased with the level of participation on all of our lacrosse teams this spring.  Credit goes to Paul Frantz and all of our coaches for their work and leadership. The coaches have met this spring to begin planning ways to improve our program, to increase participation in future years, and to continue to provide a program with a positive team culture and community involvement.

Kayaking on the pond – yes, that’s the 6th grade PE class!  I send thanks to Gail Heady for once again organizing and leading our program this year.  We are equally grateful to the Arcadian Shop for the use of their kayaks.
