It’s been a slimy week in Lower School Science!
As part of a broader study of gardens and soil, First Graders are doing a study of worms. The purpose of this exploration was to answer the question “Do worms have body parts? If so, what are they?” Students placed worms on clear plexi-glass and then shone a light straight up through the worms to see what was inside their bodies.
The Tree of the Week this week was the Northern Red Oak.
