In celebration of Roald Dahl’s recent birthday, we began a read-aloud of his short novel, THe Twits, a hilarious and eyebrow-raising story about a trickster couple and their attempts to outwit each other. Next week, we’ll continue on our journey to the Twits’ , highlighting Dahl’s knack for neologisms. Sounds like a real whangdoodle! Or maybe a snozzcumber!
