President Obama speaks about bullying

I encourage everyone to look at the following brief video from President Obama about bullying.  While this video is perhaps ideally suited for students in Middle and Upper School, I think it is one that all parents and educators may find helpful.

It is my belief that children of all ages should know whom they can turn to when something happens that makes them feel uncomfortable or upset.  I don’t think we can over-emphasize reinforcing these messages to our children, and I encourage everyone to look for the right teachable moments to do so.
