The Personal Best Fitness will be implemented during various times during physical education classes for Grade 1 – Grade 6.   It is a modified version of the President’s Physical Fitness Test used for many years to make sure the American children are in average shape using four elements of fitness areas.

Bent knee sit -ups, push ups, V-sit flexibility, and an endurance walk/jog.  Each grade has an age appropriate  range of possible expectations.   By no means does it mean the child is unfit.  It might show a slight weakness in an area which will improve with age.
