Fourth Graders in Math have been exploring concepts in geometry. Last week, we drew, cut and manipulated shapes to determine congruence and point/line symmetry. Yesterday, students tried to figure out what kinds of shapes will tesselate, or form repeating patterns without any white (extra space).
