After much doubt about whether the ski race would actually take place, Amherst school hosted a successful competition. The skiers began their day under a grey and overcast sky with temperatures that chilled racers and spectators alike. The weather resulted in cold, hard snow and conditions ideal for fast skiing.  Although both Greylock teams took home the win, BCD skiers held their own under less than ideal conditions. There will be two more races for the season: the Sids Race at Prospect Mountain on Feb. 21st and the Bill Koch League Race at New Glouster Me. on Feb. 27th. Congratulations to:
