Preschool “Snakes” Around the Library

Today in the library, Preschool practiced their slithering with some very snakey stories. We began with My Snake Blake

by Randy Siegel. This charming story about a boy and his unusual pet is highlighted by whimsical drawings by artist Serge Block. Our second story Snakes!by David T. Greenberg uses verse to describe a house overrun by snakes in a slow and creepy manner. The students also decorated their own wooden snakes to take home. We concluded with bookbrowsing and checkout.
