In Math 5, we’ve been reviewing different ways of viewing data. Line plots, bar graphs, line graphs and stem-and-leaf plots are all ways to display information. Today, students noticed the way that the scale of a graph can influence the way the graph looks. Working in pairs, students graphed their data in two ways with each partner contributing a different scale.
