Robert has spent two decades developing an expertise in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. He spent his early career in accounting and finance with PricewaterhouseCoopers before shifting to focus on human leadership and development. Robert received numerous awards as a social entrepreneur prior to moving to India to lead innovative global health programming in partnership with UNICEF, the Gates Foundation and the Governments of India, Malawi, Kenya, Ghana and Sierra Leone. He made the full time pivot into executive coaching and organizational consulting working with tech startups, billion dollar multi-nationals, social and climate justice non-profits and everything in between.
