Lisa spent two years co-teaching first grade at the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School in Hadley, MA where she was primarily responsible for teaching English Language Arts. She is passionate about early education and believes it is an exciting and pivotal time in a child’s life. She loves being a part of a child’s exploration into the world of learning, both inside and outside of the classroom.She looks forward to taking advantage of the many learning opportunities supported by BCD’s campus. She believes in a student-centered approach to learning. She believes all students have different interests and strengths, a successful classroom has those elements at its core.
