Formally educated in Music (Voice Performance), Bronwyn comes to BCD with a diverse background and skill set encompassing science, math, and finance. After graduating summa cum laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, Bronwyn continued her education at Boston University, graduating with a Master of Music in 1994. Bronwyn took a sharp turn left at that point and went to work in finance for a major student loan company and discovered a love for numbers, solving problems, and helping people. Using those skills, Bronwyn then began a career in pharmaceutical sales where she was “bitten by the teaching bug” when she was asked to train sales reps nationally, regionally, and locally. After a major downsize in 2009, Bronwyn went back to school for education at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and completed an educator licensure program and most of a second Master’s Degree. She also started a successful tutoring business and has been involved in helping kids since 2011. After a brief foray into financial advising, Bronwyn returned to education where she can utilize her love of explaining and helping others. Bronwyn currently teaches Math for Grades 4, 6, 7 and 8 and is working on her Master of Education at MCLA.
