Grade 7 French students describe their Dream House Projects-video!

Hello students and parents of the 7th grade, here is a treat: a video of the 7th grade French students describing the work they did on their “Dream House” projects. I was wowed by the variety and creativity of all the projects. Every student did a wonderful job. Furthermore, after viewing this video, I was impressed by how articulately our students described what they learned, and how they had to push themselves in order to create the house of their dreams. Have a look…

Branding assignment

Students imagined a product and its attributes. From there they created a logo considering the possible audience to whom this product would appeal. The next assignment was to design a business card. From there they designed an ad, and then a package. In these online displays you will see the three items: business card, ad, and package. On display in the Graphic Arts Lab are the three dimensional models they made of the package.

Welcome to the 7th grade French blog!

Hi there 7th graders, I decided to keep the French blog going even though many of you will only be consulting the Homework Calendar.  I will experiment with posting on both sites to see if it’s worthwhile and to see if you find it useful.  So here goes:

Your homework for Friday is to do the worksheet on “er” verbs that I distributed in class.  Make sure that you also have all your supplies (your:”trousse”) and your cahier.

Merci!
